trtmap is an independent directory. This page explains how we source data, how we rank services, and how we make money.
Clinic data
Clinic listings are sourced from public mapping data and deduplicated to avoid repeat entries. We catalog name, address, phone, website, Google rating, and review count.
Service flags — like offers TRT, injections, pellets, telehealth — are detected from category data and clinic names. This is imperfect. Always verify services directly with the clinic before visiting.
How we rank online TRT services
Our comparison rankings are based on publicly available information: starting monthly price, whether labs are included, what kind of doctor you see (MD vs NP, video vs async), delivery methods offered, insurance acceptance, and how fast you can get started.
We do not accept payment to change a ranking. If we update a ranking, we note what changed. If an advertiser asks us to move them up, we say no.
How we make money
trtmap earns commissions when readers click an affiliate link and subscribe to one of the online TRT services we review. This happens at no cost to the reader.
Every page with affiliate links carries a disclosure notice at the top. Commissions are the same regardless of where a service is ranked — first place and last place pay us the same.
What we don't do

If you see an error in a listing or a review, let us know. We fix quickly and update the page date when we do.
